The event will take place June 4 and 5 at the airport Lesnovo, Bulgaria, and will host more than 60 exhibitors and 2,000 visitors. Rtrans improves transportation and shipping activities in another international carrier |

05.03.2015 The sole proprietor “ET Chance - Milko Baychev” has a modern fleet of more than 40 vehicles providing transportation and logistics services to customers from Germany, Poland, Holland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary and other EU countries. In the autumn of 2014, a decision for deployment of a specialized software for effective management and control of transportation and forwarding activities was made. Few months later, the company start working with the latest version of the Rtrans industry solution, integrated by Lyra Software. ET Chance - Milko Baychev utilizes the full range of functionalities that Rtrans provides, including receipt of requests for transport and logistics, sales orders, tracking capabilities, pricing based on various criteria, registration and monitoring of routes, costs, profitability and many others. Thanks to the implemented software solution the company successfully improved its fleet management activities - compositions, maintenance and administrative service of vehicles, fines, fuel standards, reminders, etc. Rtrans monitors, supports and optimizes the daily operations of the staff in charge and drivers includingly. Obtained were transparency and uniformity in financial accounting records reflecting all transactions. Reporting processes were also improved. Lyra Software, in partnership with Intelligent Systems, presented the specialized software solution NAVtrans. The software system has been designed to cover overall operations in companies dealing with transportation, forwarding, logistics, brokerage and other related activities. NAVtrans builds on the functionality of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV, providing a complete view on maintenance, control and reporting of fleet and mechanization in the company.
